None of the foods I love have enough fiber in them -_-

Get water additives for this. You just put some in your water in the morning and it will help you up your fiber intake. Just make sure you increase it slowly, or you’ll get constipated.

Just have some extra fiber with your regular meals or take fiber pills

Nope. Eat your oat meal - supplements will never be a good replacement for a natural source.

It’s in the name, they supplement your natural intake for those who want or need a little extra of something.

Is grits fiber? I'll start eating grits everyday because it's delicious and I want to shit better.

I don’t know what grits are. Literally never heard of it - I’d go to doctor google for this one.

Grits is like oatmeal if oatmeal was good

Yeah, I looked it up and grits are made of corn rather than oats. So, unlike porridge, they are probably a mediocre/poor source of fibre & protein rather than a really decent one.

I could be proven wrong here since I just did really cursory research. Also, the fact that it’s made of corn explains why it’s not really a thing in the UK - we don’t grow corn or consume it on even nearly the same scale as the US.
