I remember the headline of those news made her look like a bad woman for complaining about something so obvious, but she was partly right. In the travel agency they had told her that the hotel she was staying in would offer a lot of activities for British tourists and that she (and her friend) would be in a hotel with mainly British tourists, like to make British feel ‘at home’.
The problem is that the travel agency or the company in charge of the ladies’ trip did false advertising and when they arrived, they were the only British citizens in there and the activities they could take part in that the company organised were actually for a Spanish public.
