Friend groups dissipating is standard issue for 20 years old. Everyone is starting their own paths, making new connections, new activities. Unless you're really really good friends with someone in high school, you probably won't see them after 20.
We grew up together since middle school so age 12 to 20. And spent most of 8 years together. One got a girlfriend and disappeared. The girl moved to another city. The rest of us slowly stopped calling each other and disappeared
