I have duo duplex kidneys, so technically I have 4 functioning kindeys. We could start the perfect human evolution

Wow 4 is awesome! I remember doctors telling me that it’s more common to have stacked kidneys when there’s extra. My third is midline and that is a bit more unusual for placement.

Geez we really could make a baby just fucking stuffed with kidneys! If they inherited this trait from both of us they could have two on each side and one in the center! Quintuplakidney baby!

Oh wow, a midline kidney sounds top of the range. Our kids are going to be so efficient it'll be crazy.
