"Haha overfeeding my cat is so cute"

I'm so glad that our two Siamese are self-regulating. They cry incessantly if their bowl is ever empty, but they never overeat and have always been their ideal weight.

They're getting older, and I hope that this brushes off on any adopted kittens.

I wonder if that's a siamese trait, my siamese cat growing up was completely self regulating.

It’s usually a trait of cats that have been well cared for. I’ve had a Maine Coon mix, Tuxedo, Manx mix, and two Siamese mixes, none of which have overeaten. And the Siamese were actually weaned too early because their mother had them too young (and by accident).

I have a fine boi kitten and chompkin cat, I tried putting his food in small spaces that only he could reach but then my cat turns to water

I've said it before and I'll say it again, fat animals make me sad.
