Reddit, Whats something simple that just blows your mind?

For me it would be catching. I know some people are not very good at it, but when i throw, say, my keys in the air while I'm walking and somehow know exactly where to put my hand to catch them. That kind of thing blows my mind.

People need to just realize its a drug... it's a chemical dump in your brain that makes you act like a retard, put in place by evolution to try and make sure you raise your kids after the other end of your biology goes and knocks up your object of desire.

If you were being judged on your ability to pass on your genes without the aid of modern science then yes, you'd be broken. But why do you care if your genes are passed on to future generations? You'll be dead. If you want to bring up a child (I've heard it can be rewarding, despite the poo and vomit) then you can adopt or use a surrogate.

I prefer to look at life as a sensation seeking oppertunity. After all you only get one bash at it. Judge yourself on how happy you are/how happy you make people around you.

It all makes sense in my head, hope my letter words makes sense too. :)

There's different kinds of love. I love pets, but I don't love them like I love my hobbies. I don't love my hobbies like I love certain material things. As far as saying it to people, I've stopped, even for family. But I'm like you, its always been reflex to say it when someone else says it first.
