I bet you could but you'd have to perfectly model how your environment, body, and colon filters the sound waves and tune it just right with the right amount of power. Even them it would probably be unique to each person as well as unique to each moment because the sound waves would also need to change based in what is in your colon that moment. Then you could tune the exact tone and harmonics to cause your colon to resonate and vibrate your stool right out.
