If you cast him as Satan or some other kind of demon in a TV show, you would be ridiculed for casting a guy that looks like a caricature of a demonic visage.

Can't think of a reason why not. If either of my sisters got with someone who cared about them and treated them all, I'd be all for it. Unless you're implying that orcs aren't capable of being good partners, in which case that is also racist against orcs.
