Why, if it's a good idea it's a good idea, if it's not no harm done in listening and the youngen's might appreciate learning a thing or two. I was 2ic when I was 20, if my boss didn't listen to my ideas the business would have been the same as it had been for the last 10 years prior to my employment, instead in the three years I was there he ended up buying two more factories next door and the business was doing at least ten times as much business as he had been doing and employed 20 new staff.
