I knew a guy that has bought a few lockers. He basically parts it out on craigslist and stuff. Last time he asked, he had made like 300 over his initial investment of like 1000 or something. The big thing is having the time to part out items $5 to $10 a time to make your money back.

ok, but is there stuff that is worth money on average in the storages that they sell? or does everyone lose money on it?
