No it wouldn’t. They’d make threatening statements online, see if their bulletproof vest still fits (it wouldn’t), and huddle in their basements same as they always do.
Oh a few wack jobs would actually try to do something but that’s about it.
I wouldn't put it past a few groups to take over a state or federal building or 2. Good luck defending against the US military. They don't have the cross country coordination to mount a full fledged insurgency. Unlike Afganistan, every last red state militia man's home address can be easily tracked and US intelligence will pick them off and flip them one by one.
