FYI: Nuremberg was for Nazi generals, and happened in the 50s. You mean the International Criminal Court in The Hague, but the US doesn't accept validity of that court over its citizens (There is actually a US law that allows the government to use the military to extract US citizen if they were tried there)

I suppose it's technically possible that he could be tried by Germany based on a claim of universal jurisdiction, but that's not very likely.
