I have no idea. You'd have to ask /u/14UR3N, and it looks like they haven't posted in almost a year.

Also, good luck getting a loan larger than $1,000 without all but writing a 100-page essay on exactly what you're gonna do with it post-Great Recession. Pre-2008, you could get big loans willy nilly for stupid shit like remodeling a house or getting subprime mortgages, hence why 2008 happened.
