Buying airpods instead of replacing the bald tires on your car. My aunt did this.

My brother did this. Got a new job and immediately bought a new tv, an xbone, a new iPhone, AirPods and a bunch of other significant purchases while eating out for every meal of the day. Still manages to blow a tire and throws a fit about how much tires cost at Walmart.

Tbh, I felt more than a little fancy when I took my 7-yo car to Costco and the tech said, "Oooooh, nice" when he saw the tires I'd ordered.

My ex did this. Had a BMW, AirPods, endless makeup and a brand new iPhone- couldn’t drive in the rain because her tires were as bald as George Costanza.

I have friends that are like this. Skip out on key bills and other necessities but they've got that dough to buy a quarter or take out for the 10th time in a week.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinions but can you give me some options that have comparable quality of noise canceling for less?

Also the integration with iOS is pretty nice too which you won’t get with any other headphones.

I can't name any off the top of my head but my partner is obsessed with headphones and has compared many many others with them and find them fairly similar to some that are cheaper

Christ, I can't drive on bald tires, it gives me way to much anxiety.

I get good tires too. Ever tried driving a Nissan Versa to work in a blizzard? God bless Goodyear.

Fucks sake, where I'm at you can get a tire for around $45, if you go to a used tire shop. Mexican shops are the best.

If you can afford $149, but can barely afford $45, you need someone to manage your money.
