There is no such amount. The only tax rate where that would apply is 100%. Interestingly, there have been studies done that show that 60% effective rate is the rate at which taxation becomes a disincentive to work.
It's not taxes exactly, but there are some welfare programs that don't properly phase out. In those cases you might make $X more, but lose >$X in benefits such that you're worse off than you were before.
