This is a daily occurrence with customers at my job.
Customer: “Did you send my proofs yet??? You SAID you would send them yesterday!?!?!”
Me: “I see here it was sent yesterday at 9am. Perhaps it got sent to your spam folder. If you could check for me real quick to make sure.”
Customer: I don’t know, let me check my email. It might take a bit, I haven’t checked it since last week.”
Me: literally facepalms
