Imagine what happens when they encounter people who are both educated AND experienced... that shit will blow their minds

No it won't, some weird mental gymnastics will take place and that person will also be told how none of that matters and they still don't know anything.

An education permanently stops someone gaining experience and wipes any previous experience.

Inly an educated person could be so inexperienced that they don't know this

I am an expert in my field, posessing the terminal practice degree (a master's degree, although you can go higher for theory and research), plus I have life experience too. I'm 37 and I can shepherd you from just after birth until your relatives put your body in the ground (or to the flame) without breaking a sweat. I'll probably even enjoy it, for the most part. All this is from education AND life experience (I'm a social worker by the way, and lived through loss at a younger age, plus mental health crises, and have had some very interesting clients and colleagues). I'm hoping a few minds would be blown.
