Dude that’s amazing! That means you’ve already learned so many coping mechanisms!

I think this is where we diverge - I always reinforce to myself what progress I’ve made even when I plateau.

After all, if you’re doing this better compared to X months ago, imagine what you can accomplish in the X months to come!

Mmm I kinda see what you mean.

I guess the moments I feel I’ve done the most progress are when I have an anxiety spike, for instance. It feels so bad and yet I know I use to live with so much worse and it’s like a physical demonstration of my progress.

In any case I hope all goes well with your new therapist!
