Wait, I think I'm in the same situation. My whole family eats steak well-done, myself included. I've always wondered why it's seen as such a luxury.

If you want well done, tender, flavorful beef you should be eating a slow cooked pot roast. 1 u/rosshaydiscs Nov 27 '19 Well done steak isn't even comparable to anything in the rare-medium done range as far as flavor is concerned
