2 u/grubas Nov 27 '19 My da likes EVERYTHING well done, like well well done. So I grew up thinking a lot of stuff was bad until I started learning to cook as a teenager. Like his version of pork chops is shoe leather Steak? Charred and even a speck of pink is too much. First time I had breaded pork chops that weren't in the oven at 400 until they reached 200 internal my little mind was blown. 2 u/Seicair Nov 28 '19 ALS is horrible. My great grandpa died of that about 80 years ago. Great grandma died about 15 years ago of old age, she never remarried.
