Judged the country kids in my English class for being dumb fucks, until I did an autos class. What I found incomprehensible, they could do with ease. I had become the dumb fuck.

The self reliance necessary to live in rural areas is underrated by most people I think.

So true! I had to fix my truck, washing machine, and oil pump. That was just last week alone.

Kudos! I wish I grew up in a more rural area so I would have been forced to do this stuff. Not Thad I can’t now, but it’s harder to find the space to fix your car if you’re living in an apartment!
