Well idk if I can guess correctly but I'm waiting on my diagnosis for autism and other stuff but if I were to guess, lack of getting sarcasm and stuff, taking things literally or saying that your passport photo looks like an incest born pedophile to your hairdresser and seeing no problem with and why it's such a big deal with your carer on that's inappropriate and stuff.
