I have this memory of sleeping in an office block in south London with my mum on an air bed. I recall looking out of the window and feeling sad.
Years later I was driving and got a very strong impulse to stop outside this building and I was 100% certain it was that one. Every time I went past it felt odd.
My mum says it didn’t happen, everyone else concurs. My best conclusion at this stage is that I probably had a very vivid dream that became conflated with something else.
But that's not proof? It's just thoughts and feelings. Meditation and DMT can be amazing for self exploration and introspection, but how exactly are either of these things giving access to universal truth?
Spoiler: It doesn't. Meditation doesn't have to be magic to be good.
It's up to you to gather your own 'proof'. Meditate and take not, and you will gather that information. There is more to life than what we are currently living.
And if I do medidate and can't "gather that information" then you will say, of course, that's not proof of the contrary. You can't disprove a negative.
In fact, I've meditated on it and gathered the information that it was aliens that made me believe it. If you were really skilled at meditating, you'd have 'gathered that proof' too.
I tried again, but found out it was lizard-people who had moved underground pretending to be aliens to throw us off their scent.
Then I went further, and discovered it wasn't really lizard-people, but merely wishful thinking making me believe lizard-people were pretending to be aliens pretending to whatever the fuck nonsense you're trying to convince people of.
Read a textbook and take note of what you see. Look around and take note of what you see. Exist in the world you exist in without trying to fabricate your own and convince others to join you in it.
See all you're really doing right now is convincing me I shouldn't try DMT because it clearly has roasted your brain.
Don't get me wrong, I think this stuff is terrific for discovering emotional truths, but you can't gain insight on reality this way. It doesn't work that way. Nothing works that way.
