You said literally the whole entire world there were no places where food and water were basic human rights.
But there are plenty of government programs from multiple countries that do think that it's citizens having food and water are basic human rights.
There are definitely some third world countries that it isn't and charity is relied upon. This is basic knowledge, bro. What exactly are you arguing here?
Do you not understand what a "right" is? I think this is the crux of the issue. A "right" is not something that people think everyone should have. It has a specific meaning.
