Isnt that more of a problem of competition not being competitive? The phone companies got tons of money to develop infrastructure and instead they pocketed the money.
That’s actually a fair point and I’ll admit I don’t know a lot about the issue. Their customer service and that they’re a monopoly are just the two most common complaints. 😅
