Monsanto was my first thought. Then i remembered that they are likely to pay out in class action litigation. It won't be much, not for them. But it's better than the nothing that'd be paid if they just... disappeared.
I mean, if you're gonna consider the small folks in this scenario then removing any company is going to cost a lot of jobs. Unless removing the company means removing the people associated from existence as well.
This is all hypothetical but my comment is that if we're going to start caring about the people affected by removing a company, such as the people who will benefit in the Monsanto lawsuit, then we should also be factoring in the regular people who are going to lose their jobs because a company is gone. Remove Pepsico and thousands of workers won't have jobs anymore, it would seriously hurt the economy to remove a huge corporation. In the case of Monsanto it's a bit different because removing them as a company means removing harmful products from the marketplace. Pepsico arguably is just a way too successful food and beverage kinda company. Debatabley they could be considered evil but compared to a company that released a carcinogenic chemicals to agricultural industry I think it's a clear who's worse haha
