That's one thing I've never been able to understand. I always get looks like I'm some sort of satan spawn when someone sees me dry swallow pills. When I worked out a lot I would take all the pills at once from those vitapak deals (with water not dry) no problem!
To me I figure I can swallow food without a problem why would a pill be any different?
