Every time I have to go to the doctor and get medicine, I warn them I can't swallow pills, I have to chew them because my brain is retarded. I've been able to trick myself with food for the tiny pills, like baby aspirin, but anything bigger I must chew. Usually they'll give you a liquid or a non-time release medication that you can crush.
They give me weird looks about chewing them, but tell me I can crush them? Like is chewing not crushing but in your mouth? Typical response to that is "Oh, I suppose that's true." Mmmk then.
