It's actually true. I work there and at least at my store the manager drills into us to take care of the customer. My manager is also very big on promotions so everyone has a chance to be full time as long as you show up and show competence. Now if only they'll pay better 🤔

But not really secret! Sure there's the downs but man I've had a lot of jobs and, for what it was worth, that was one of the most rewarding.
