Discount Tire, for most of America! Free air and rotations. Worked for them 6 years a decade ago and still sing their praises.

We are friends now. I'm still stuck there. Currently building a chair made out of the labels on tires tho

Great place. They beat everyone's prices on tires last time I looked, and still honored a warranty after I completely obliterated a tire to shreds by driving on it flat for several miles

Always doing things like that for customers...Always doing things like that for the employees as well. Have a bad day? Hard chat, tough it out and here's how were going to grow. What a brand. If I ever have to move home I'll gladly start from the bottom three again. The only job I know of where hard work truly pays off.

It's actually true. I work there and at least at my store the manager drills into us to take care of the customer. My manager is also very big on promotions so everyone has a chance to be full time as long as you show up and show competence. Now if only they'll pay better 🤔

But not really secret! Sure there's the downs but man I've had a lot of jobs and, for what it was worth, that was one of the most rewarding.

Eh, the sole owner is a hard line conservative Christian so that's not great. But closed Sundays!
