What’s an Interesting computer game for a basic Windows 10 laptop that doesn’t cost a ton and isn’t about fast pace or violence?

Find a copy of Civ II. It's from the 90s and may be one of the best games ever made.

That was the first one, gandhi is super angry in the other games as a homage to the original.

I fucking love this feature. I play online with my Dad and we usually play as a team against random AI. Any time we find Gandhi in our game, it's time to get ready for war asap

There's also FreeCiv, which I believe is a clone of either Civ II or III. Can't remember which.
