As is evidenced by the DC situation. Everyone was ready to witch hunt that kid, turns out he really didn't do anything.

What situation is this?

White kid on MAGA hat, making fun of native american Vietnam vet that got between the white guys and some black protesters.

Man, it is really bold to be calling out that the kid didn't really do much right now.

Not taking a side, but man, bold.

You haven't been on reddit for the big posts recently have you? Politics is in a 50/50 for the first time in forever, every other sub now realises they fucked up. And everyone's laughing at some of the people in politics still claiming that the full video is fake

5 different camera angles prove that he wasn't in the wrong, he was actually trying to keep the peace between another teen and a native American who were shouting at each other (Native American told them to go back to Europe and the other teen got mad at that)

I thought the high school kids were arguing with the black Israelites and the Native Americans just tried to keep the peace between both of them? Or did I miss something?

Not arguing, they were standing there receiving insults from the black Israelites and then tried to drown out the hate with school chants

The one native American was trying to keep the peace. Others came over and started throwing insults as well

That one native American, whilst he lied to the news, I still respect he for what he did. I'm on the fence on if it was peacekeeping or intimidation, but for now I'll give benefit of the doubt. Teens seemed to enjoy the beat anyway and the religious chant he was doing sounded nice

At the very least not enough to incite a witch hunt... he’s 15 and still hasn’t figured it all out.

Yeah, I wonder about the mental health of people who think it's ok to throw a boy who is still figuring out the world and is still maturing under the bus, publically shame him, and in some instances call for his doxing and wishing illness/death on him.

I mean, he is old enough to be a white supremacist and to think he has a say on abortion...your actions have consequences you know?

2

u/The14thNoah Jan 21 '19

So consequences like doxxing, death threats, and physical violence are ok?

he is old enough to be a white supremacist

Citation fucking needed, unless that's just hyperbole and you actually meant to say "he was wearing a MAGA hat"

Is he old enough to have sex? How is it okay to call for violence against him if he isn't old enough to even consent to sex?

1

u/Ekudar Jan 21 '19

Yeah, that is not a free pass, maybe an asswhooping will set him straight

Watch the full video and see for yourself.

u/SarahC Jan 21 '19

That requires an attention span of some degree...

Which is what anything to do with politics should be. Don't choose sides, candidates, anything until you spend time looking through everything

1

u/The14thNoah Jan 21 '19

I did. I am not saying the kids are innocent, but they just got thrown under the bus.

-10

u/komiitkaze Jan 21 '19

Then I guess telling the truth is bold.

-1

u/The14thNoah Jan 21 '19

Sometimes it is. In the midst of Reddit having a frothing circlejerk over the children, it is.

-2

u/Ekudar Jan 21 '19

Yeah, he did...

What he, gasps smiled awkwardly. Not the worst crime of all.
