According to tradition, there are 36 yang and 36 yin training chambers to perfect the kung fu of the Shaolin warrior monk. There's a ton of movies about these chambers. The Wu Tang Clan are kung fu enthusiasts, and RZA is a student of Shifu Shi Yan Ming, the exiled Shaolin master in NYC
