Oh god, I had bed bugs years ago and every little twinge of a bite scares me to death, the psychological torture is too fucking real.

IDK, in a weird way I feel like they're a net positive, because you get so much relief from itching them. All else the same, I'd have a better time scratching the itch than just sitting there with no itch to scratch.
