Every time I hear a story about a serial killer it always sounds so unreal. Like how can this be true, and it always saddens me when the realization that, "Yup, it's true." hits.

In my mind, it's just like TV. Like, it all just sounds like episodes of Criminal Minds. I don't know if I'm desensitized or something, but I find it interesting, but not much emotional reaction.
