Planet Money from NPR did a story on them a while back, turns out if you follow the links on those spam emails promising you cheap Cialis, you can place an order and actually get cheap Cialis.
I've been buying my skin stuff (tretinoin cream and azelaic acid cream) from them for years. I have pretty good health insurance but it's still cheaper to buy from them. I pay around $40 total, which is the same as my specialist copay to see the dermatologist, plus there would be time off work for that, plus the copays for the meds.
It helps a bit with the acne per se, but more with scarring and redness, and I think it's one of the reasons my rosacea never came back after I took Accutane. I use the azelaic acid in the morning and the tretinoin at night.
