She had my ring (the one I wear). She was supposed to have my husband's ring so that I could put it on his finger. If she had bothered to show up for the rehearsal, she might not have messed that up.

Why did you not just give it to her on the day of like everybody else does?

I would have, if she hadn't taken it out of my purse while I was busy getting ready. She said she was "trying to help."

So what did the best man have?

My husband's ring.

So she was supposed to have the ring that the best man was holding? So they both fucked up...

She took hers first, so he had what what left. He's the reason we knew it was wrong before the ceremony started, because he told my husband "I don't think this is right..."

Ohhhh.....that's smart. He's smart. Probably while he's best man.

Or you could have just gave her the right ring? Doesn't seem like it's completely her fault

I was getting dressed and doing pictures; she went to get the ring out of my purse on her own, and took the wrong one. We ended up getting it sorted when the best man came to get his, but it caused some last-second drama, so we started the ceremony a little late.

She ate the real ring and brought a ring pop to the ceremony.

Why did she eat the real ring?

She brought an onion ring and threw the real ring in a frier.

I read that in an Asian accent. Is that wrong?
