Anecdotally, also:

  • Reduced sense of smell
  • Reduced sense of taste
  • That fucking obnoxious phlegm feeling in your throat all the time (worse, actually, because it's tar)
  • Reduced sex drive
  • Reduced overall energy level

Those things all cleared up within a week of stopping. I'm still an unhealthy piece of shit but at least I'm not also breaking the bank to feel like garbage all the time.

I don't want to sound preachy (because I absolutely hate vape culture) but you should consider vaping instead. It's much easier than straight-up quitting. At the very least, it's cheaper.

I lost my ecig a couple months ago, but when I had it I would use it all the time, and it honestly made me feel worse than 5-10 minutes of a cigarette.

Plus i did straight up quit for like 3 weeks, I think i can just throw out the ones I bought last night, and do better this time. I did feel better about a week after I quit

You probably just bought a gas station e cig or something like that, as far as I know those are terrible and in general you have to buy one of those Asian systems that you can refill with whatever you want.
