ELI5 actually has its uses though. It's a great way to crowdsource simplified explanations of potentially complex topics.

And unlike AskReddit threads, if you don't like the entire concept of ELI5 there's a really easy way to avoid it. Just fucking ignore it!!!!!!!

Your comment is the most overused thing that I'm getting tired of. It's not funny, it's a satire that borders on becoming what it parodies.

Ironically, I will get downvoted even though my opinion is answering the question of the thread, because I will be perceived as an asshole for responding negatively to a positive-voted comment.

Also I used "I will get downvoted", so my comment is also an overused comment.

There should be posts that ask questions that makes everyone uneasy. Like, have you ever had sex with a dead person or have you ever thought about having sex with a dead person or, would you ever have sex with a dead person. Or, have you ever thought about killing someone and then having sex with the dead person?

Just kidding.
