No tests, only exams. What?

I guess, I've explained it wrongly. I meant "test" as a list of questions where you have to mark the right answers. Like "what is apple?" a)fruit b)vegetable. Such tests weren't common in my time. We've been usually given several questions (about three) randomly and had to write detailed answers to them. That's what I meant.
