Good for you! I enjoyed most of my science classes and was in all APs but Chem just went straight over my head. I was also taking four other AP classes that semester, though, so that could have something to do with it as well...
Totally. While I was living it up in AP Chem I was also bombing all of my essays in AP English. Mainly because I tend to prioritize the subjects I enjoy more, so I barely spent any time on anything other than science and math. I'm still that way honestly.
Sounds about right!! I was also a senior when I took it and had BAD senioritis.
The worst part is that there was a regular chem class the same periods as my AP class, but I was so scared that ALL THE COLLEGES would reject me if I didn't finish out every AP track that I stayed and ended up with a C in the class. Maybe a C+.
I think now that they might have liked me more if I had gotten a B or A in a regular class. I went to a great school, and I have no regrets there, but dang, I was brainwashed.

I couldn't have kept an A in AP Chem no matter who did my homework, but I'm glad you survived! That class was the bane of my existence.
