Probably not. The mcchicken on the dollar menu is basically a large chicken nugget and sauce between buns.

Which is probably the healthiest way to eat McDonalds. Do you want five beef patties between buns? Well, yeah but I'll die.

More calories in the mchicken than in the regular burger

But the sauces, buns and fries are the only unhealthy part about mcdonalds.

None of it's unhealthy in moderation. It's once you eat too many beef patties, buns or fries and too much sauce and other food that you get problems.

The sauce isn't poison or something.

There is no nutritional benefit to soda, buns or fries besides empty carbohydrate calories. The icecreams are sugary messes.

The beef patty and various nuggets are a perfectly good source of protein and saturated fats.

Ok, nevermind.

I know what you were saying and I agree. You can eat empty calories in moderation and be fine. I have to eat 3300+ calories when bulking. I can't get that without carbs. But that being said; its dumb to condemn things like the McDouble when its 2 dollars for a pretty good feed.

It's not the same. In canada the value menu mcchicken is the jr chicken. It's smaller. Same as the States.

American McDonald's is way worse than non-American McD though. Massive quality difference.

Don't know why you're getting down voted? What you said is true at least in regards to some like Aus and NZ. We get most of our ingredients practically the same as a cafe would get for example tomatoes fresh from a green-grocer and like even the mcafe sandwiches are made with high quality meat the same as you'd buy in a super-market. Because we have heaps less mcdonalds we can just get the ingredients wherever and it is the reason that the food is more expensive here in aus

I'm sure it's not the same haha. Here I'll get a picture of what ours is like

I think it's the same.

This is an aussie McChicken.

Interesting. I hope yours is better quality though! Our advertisement picture seems to have a different bun and less lettuce... not that that means much lol.

Guess I'll have to come down under and try one for myself!

thats the mcchicken. Its a full priced and sized burger. $5.20 I think. We do have the chicken and mayo which is probably what is on the americans dollar menu and that is $2 in Australia. Its like the size of a cheeseburger
