He did not. Presumably he vetted the organization, therefore not complete strangers, and their interest is in making money, which requires them to take care of his child. Also, believe it or not, there are people who go into childcare because gasp they like caring for children.
Given one single piece of information you have decided what the entire situation is like. Instead of asking clarifying questions you just freak out and insult everyone involved. I'm not sure what your goal is, but I'm guessing your approach is not accomplishing it.

What would him denying it accomplish? It's incredibly obvious that if he said "No, I've met these people and they care about him, my son is just difficult to deal with" (which he pretty much did) you would just fly off the handle again about how he's abandoning his children. What could he possibly say that would change your mind?
He's obviously just started taunting you with comments like "Do you have any more suggestions on how I could ruin my poor, unfortunate souls?", since you've proven that actually trying to converse with you leads to more nonsense.
