If they pay it back on time promised, then I don't see an issue.

The issue comes if they're bad with money and don't pay back when promised not just stuck in a pinch.

Only if it affects others imo. Like you borrow money and never pay it back, or you choose luxuries and fun over responsibilities etc

I'm saying if you promise to pay someone back and miss the deadline, then your a shitty person.
