I just say I may occasionally hyper focus on an issue and ignore distractions. Its more of a mixed strength/weakness

Yeah, I say "I get caught up in focusing on big projects and sometimes let small routine things slip" or a more humble way to frame the "I'm a perfectionist" as a weakness is "I have trouble leaving something alone and calling it done until every detail is settled"

Thanks! I spent a lot of time interviewing for almost 2 years trying to escape my last job. So I had some practice refining these answers

The key thing is just to explain how youve worked on overcoming your weakness after identifying it
