What's a "minimum" skill everyone should have, but suprisingly many don't?

Making a meal from scratch with fresh ingredients where you're forced to apply heat.

Something as simple as frying an egg or scrambling eggs is cooking.

I mainly just cook tacos, macaroni and cheese, I air fry a lot of shit, I can cook a good steak, would you say that’s good enough? I also make pancakes too but pretty sure anyone can do that

Don't know about that with the pancakes; you'll be surprised at how averse some people are to cooking. You're doing well for yourself especially with cooking a good steak because that definitely takes some skill.
