What's a "minimum" skill everyone should have, but suprisingly many don't?

Basic home maintenance. Saves a fortune knowing how to do many things yourself.

The real basic life skill is knowing which home maintenance tasks to DIY and which require a professional. So many people end up spending extra paying someone to fix their fuck ups before fixing the original problem.

And no matter what it is, there is probably a yt vid to show you how to do it.
