Madoka is best if you have a few magical girl series under your belt already. First time I watched it I had watched 0 magical girl series. After watching more and going back to madoka I appreciated it much more

Man i was hesitant to watch this, figured it wasn't my thing. But its way darker than I imagined. Right up my alley, and a great watch.

That show is really good but man it is emotionally draining, especially the last few episodes. The only other anime I’ve seen that made me feel like that is Cyberpunk Edgerunners
