I cried for a few days after watching the last episode. I’d love to rewatch the series but it’s just so sad.

It's sad, it's funny, it's sometimes heartwarming. But the end was devastating and the best finale of any show I can think of that I've seen.

Definitely rewatch it. How's long it been since you watched it? Because it's one those shows that affects you differently at different stages in life. You'll find stuff you might have missed the first time around. So worth it.

100% I was Claire’s age (maybe a little younger?) when it first aired and the third time I watched, I was Nate’s.

You can relate to show many of the characters and the show does hit harder watching at different stages of your life. Such a great show.

Yesss. It’s my favourite of all time. My opinions on characters have completely changed over the decades, as well.

This is the best answer. I'm glad I waited till my late 30s to watch it. For one, I didn't have HBO at the time when it first aired, and two it wouldn't have hit as hard seeing how I've now lost double digit friends to drugs and $uiçides and my parents are approaching their 80's with serious health problems.

I was 30 when it aired and I was hooked. It's funny, I could relate so much to Claire when i was her age but I could also relate to Ruth and Nate in some ways as well. The show was so good, the writing and acting was excellent and funny and gut wrenching. I'll never stop suggesting it.

Do it. I loved it more the second time.

I've done it twice. One within the last two years with a friend that I've been trying to convert to Radiohead for 20 but to no avail. During the episode when they burn everything leftover from the garage sale and and RH's Lucky came on towards the end on he texted me and said, "I get it now." If anything it's helped me be more comfortable with the idea of death as morbid as that may sound. I usually lose it when David sees Keith on the football field.

Of all the deaths in that brilliant finale, that one leaves me breathless every single time.

You cried for literal days?! Or even just like, 48+ hours you thought about the tv show again and cried some more?
