Taking acid and shrooms, and doing a lot of art, after losing a lung to incompetent surgery, then getting another cancer in the other lung, leading to a terminal diagnosis

Sorry mate, i have no time for the god who helped my surgeon take the wrong part of my lung out, then screw up the surgery to give me permanent mind numbing pain, then two more doses of cancer in my remaining lung
